(24) The Way to God.

Be merciful, just as (also) your Father is merciful. «Stop judging and you will not be judged. Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven. Give and gifts will be given to you; a good measure, packed together, shaken down, and overflowing, will be poured into your lap. For the measure with which you measure will in return be measured out to you.» And he told them a parable, «Can a blind person guide a blind person? Will not both fall into a pit? (Luke 6:36-39)

Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies that people utter will be forgiven them. But whoever blasphemes against the holy Spirit will never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an everlasting sin. (Mark 3:28-29)

Who prescribes for him his conduct, or who can say, «You have done wrong»? (Job 36:23)

They band themselves together against the life of the righteous and condemn the innocent to death. (Ps 94:21)

He who gloats over evil will meet with evil, and he who repeats an evil report has no sense. (Sir 19:5)

Whoever believes in him will not be condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. (John 3:18)

Then the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery and made her stand in the middle. They said to him, «Teacher, this woman was caught in the very act of committing adultery. Now in the law, Moses commanded us to stone such women. So what do you say?» They said this to test him, so that they could have some charge to bring against him. Jesus bent down and began to write on the ground with his finger. But when they continued asking him, he straightened up and said to them, «Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.» Again he bent down and wrote on the ground. And in response, they went away one by one, beginning with the elders. So he was left alone with the woman before him. Then Jesus straightened up and said to her, «Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?» She replied, «No one, sir.» Then Jesus said, «Neither do I condemn you. Go, (and) from now on do not sin any more.» (John 8:3-11)
