(35) Fear is wisdom.

The LORD, your God, shall you fear; him shall you serve, and by his name shall you swear. (Deut 6:13)

For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength. (1 Cor 1:25).

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; wisdom and instruction fools despise. (Prov 1:7)

Then will you understand the fear of the LORD; the knowledge of God you will find; For the LORD gives wisdom, from his mouth come knowledge and understanding; (Prov 2:5-6)

Happy the man who finds wisdom, the man who gains understanding! (Prov 3:13)

The beginning of wisdom is: get wisdom; at the cost of all you have, get understanding. (Prov 4:7)

The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the LORD, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. (Prov 9:10)

The fear of the LORD is training for wisdom, and humility goes before honors. (Prov 15:33)

But if one loves God, one is known by him. (1 Cor 8:3)

To one is given through the Spirit the expression of wisdom; to another the expression of knowledge according to the same Spirit; (1 Cor 12:8)

Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and power are his. (Dan 2:20)

The last word, when all is heard: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is man’s all; (Eccl 12, 13)

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments;His praise endures forever.(Ps 111:10)

That which makes her seasons lasting, the riches that save her, are wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the LORD is her treasure. (Is 33:6)

Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show his works by a good life in the humility that comes from wisdom. (James 3:13)

But the wisdom from above is first of all pure, then peaceable, gentle, compliant, full of mercy and good fruits, without inconstancy or insincerity. (James 3:17)
