(46) The Christian path.

Jesus said to him, «I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)

He said to him, «You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.» (Matt 22:37-40)

The LORD is a stronghold to him who walks honestly, but to evildoers, their downfall. (Prov 10:29)

False messiahs and false prophets will arise, and they will perform signs and wonders so great as to deceive,if that were possible,even the elect (Matt24:24)

For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine but, following their own desires and insatiable curiosity, will accumulate teachers and will stop listening to the truth and will be diverted to myths. (2 Tim 4:3-4)

«Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road broad that leads to destruction, and those who enter through it are many. How narrow the gate and constricted the road that leads to life. And those who find it are few. (Matt 7:13-14)

There is no salvation through anyone else, nor is there any other name under heaven given to the human race by which we are to be saved. (Acts 4:12)

For there is one God. There is also one mediator between God and the human race, Christ Jesus, himself human, (1 Tim 2:5)

realizing that you were ransomed from your futile conduct, handed on by your ancestors, not with perishable things like silver or gold but with the precious blood of Christ as of a spotless unblemished lamb. He was known before the foundation of the world but revealed in the final time for you, who through him believe in God who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. (1 Pet 1:18-21)

Now this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ. (John 17, 3)

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom 6:23)
